About Breadfull
Breadfull started with a simple frustration: every time you bake, there's a little math in the way. How much water for 70% hydration? How much starter do I need to build tonight for tomorrow's bake? The recipe says fresh yeast and the shop only had instant. None of it is hard math — but doing it on a flour-dusted phone at 7am should be easier.
So this site is exactly that: a small, growing collection of free baking calculators that work in grams and baker's percentages, load fast, and don't ask you to sign up for anything. No recipes with 1,500-word life stories — just the numbers, plus a short explanation of the why for anyone curious.
